Zusammenfassung
Gemeindepädagogik verfolgt den Selbstauftrag, das Evangelium allen Menschen nahezubringen. In der Selbstanalyse wird deutlich, dass alle Menschen schwerlich erreicht werden können. Obwohl es dem Selbstverständnis entgegensteht, hat Gemeindepädagogik mit Ausschluss- und Diskriminierungsprozessen zu tun. Einerseits möchten gemeindepädagogische Arbeitsfelder diese in verschiedenen Kategorien aufdecken und für eine inklusive Gesellschaft und Gemeinde stehen. Hierzu orientiert sich der gemeindepädagogische Diskurs vorrangig an einzelnen Diskriminierungskategorien. Gemeindepädagogische Lösungsstrategie, um diesen Diskriminierungsprozessen entgegenzutreten, verbindet sich vorrangig mit dem Begriff der Inklusion. Andererseits sind intersektionale Perspektiven auf Heterogenitätsdimensionen und eine selbstkritische Reflexion von Macht- und Herrschaftsverhältnisse innerhalb des Arbeitsfeldes noch ausbaufähig.

Congregational pedagogy and intersectionality
Summary
Congregational pedagogy pursues the self-mission of bringing the Gospel to all people. In the self-analysis it becomes clear that it is difficult to reach all people. Although it is contrary to the self-image, congregational pedagogy has to deal with processes of exclusion and discrimination. On the one hand, congregational pedagogy wants to expose these in different categories and stand for an inclusive society and community. For this purpose, congregational pedagogical discourse is primarily oriented towards individual categories of discrimination. The concept of inclusion is the main strategy of congregational pedagogy to counteract these processes of discrimination. On the other hand, intersectional perspectives on heterogeneity dimensions and a self-critical reflection of power and dominance relations within the field of work, are still expandable.
